Privacy Policy: Voxaboom
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beecom Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Voxaboom (the "Game") for iOS and Android.
1. Summary
- The Game does not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive your game data.
- The Game is published with Supersonic Studios (a Unity company) and uses the Supersonic SDK, which includes analytics, attribution and the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) ad mediation with its partner ad networks. These partners collect device identifiers, approximate location (from your IP address), app interactions and diagnostics to measure the Game and to show, measure and protect ads. Ads are personalised only with your consent, and on iOS only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- In-app purchases, where offered, are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
- The weekly league in the Game is simulated on your device. Other players' names and scores shown there are not real people, and nothing about you is shared with other players.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives, album, daily rewards, league standing, tutorial state and settings such as sound, music and haptics) in the Game's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it. The Game has no cloud save, so your progress does not move to a new device.
3. Services and SDKs used in the Game

4. Advertising
The Game is free and is funded by ads: optional reward videos that you choose to watch (for example to continue a level or multiply a reward), and occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks between levels. When an ad is requested or shown, the ad provider may collect:
- device identifiers: the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), the identifier for vendors (IDFV), the Google advertising ID, or the Android app set ID;
- device and connection information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- ad interaction data: ads requested, shown and clicked, reward videos completed, and in-app actions related to ads;
- diagnostics: crash and performance data of the ad SDK.
This information is used to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure them, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, personalise them. Where the law requires it, the Game asks for your choice before any ad is loaded, and on iOS ads are personalised only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You can at any time:
- deny or withdraw tracking on iOS in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking;
- reset or delete your advertising ID on Android in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads).
Partners process data under their own privacy policies:
- Supersonic Studios: supersonic.com/privacy (requests: privacy@supersonic.com)
- Unity (including LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads): unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Google (AdMob, Firebase): policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta (Facebook SDK, Audience Network): facebook.com/privacy/policy
- AppsFlyer: appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy
- GameAnalytics: gameanalytics.com/privacy
- Other ad networks that LevelPlay uses to fill ad requests process data under their own privacy policies. Contact us for the current list.
5. In-app purchases
Where the Game offers purchases (for example coin packs), they are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only the confirmation of the product you bought and a transaction receipt, used on your device to deliver the item. We do not receive or store your name, payment card or billing details.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
Because we do not keep personal data about you on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised through your device's tracking and advertising ID settings and by uninstalling the Game (which deletes all game data). For data held by ad partners, you can contact them through their privacy policies, or contact us at info@beecom.games and we will forward your request to Supersonic (privacy@supersonic.com) and to Unity / ironSource. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): your consent for personalised advertising; our legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads, measuring them and preventing fraud, which keeps the Game free; and the performance of a contract for in-app purchases.
Delete your data
To ask for your Voxaboom data to be deleted:
- Email info@beecom.games with the subject "Voxaboom data deletion". If you can, include your Android advertising ID (Settings > Google > Ads) so partners can find your data.
- We forward the request to Supersonic Studios (privacy@supersonic.com) and Unity / ironSource, who delete the advertising and analytics data they hold about your device, and we confirm by email within 30 days.
- Game progress is stored only on your device: uninstalling the Game deletes it. We keep no account or server copy.
8. Data retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game. Ad partners keep the data they collect according to their own policies. The SDKs in the Game send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. International transfers
Our ad and platform partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add or remove an ad network or analytics service. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in the Game or in the store listing.
