Privacy Policy: Click Clash
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beecom Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Click Clash (the "Game") for iOS and Android.
1. Summary
- The Game does not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive your game data.
- The Game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and its partner ad networks. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to show, measure and protect ads. Ads are personalised only with your consent, and on iOS only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
- Notifications are local reminders scheduled on your device. No data is sent for them.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (levels, upgrades, currencies, settings, tutorial state, daily rewards and purchase records such as "No Ads owned" and transaction identifiers used to prevent double grants) in the Game's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it. The Game has no cloud save, so your progress does not move to a new device.
3. Services and SDKs used in the Game
| Service | Provider | What it does | Data it may process |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unity engine | Unity Technologies | Runs the Game | Limited anonymous technical data about the device and engine (for example device model, OS version, hardware capabilities) |
| Unity In-App Purchasing and Unity Services Core | Unity Technologies | Connects to the App Store / Google Play for purchases | Product and transaction information, an installation identifier, device and OS information |
| Unity LevelPlay (ironSource mediation SDK) | Unity Technologies / ironSource | Chooses and shows ads from ad networks | See section 4 |
| ironSource Ad Quality SDK | Unity Technologies / ironSource | Checks the ads shown for quality and safety problems | Information about the ads displayed and interactions with them, device identifiers and device information |
| Unity Mobile Notifications | Unity Technologies | Schedules local notifications on your device | None sent off the device |
| iOS App Tracking Transparency support | Unity Technologies / Apple | Shows Apple's tracking permission prompt | Your choice is stored by iOS |
4. Advertising
We use Unity LevelPlay to show ads: optional reward videos that you choose to watch, and occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks. When an ad is requested or shown, the ad provider may collect:
- device identifiers: the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), the identifier for vendors (IDFV), the Google advertising ID, or the Android app set ID;
- device and connection information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- ad interaction data: ads requested, shown and clicked, reward videos completed, and in-app actions related to ads;
- diagnostics: crash and performance data of the ad SDK.
This information is used to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure them, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, personalise them. Nothing is personalised by default:
- on Android, the first time you open the Game it asks you to choose "Personalized ads" or "Non-personalized ads" (neither is pre-selected), and no ads are loaded before you choose. Your choice is saved as the Personalized ads switch in the Game's Settings;
- on iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (and the Personalized ads switch is on).
If you chose non-personalised ads, the switch is off, or (on iOS) tracking is not allowed, the Game tells LevelPlay not to personalise ads and, under US state privacy laws, not to sell or share your personal information.
You can at any time:
- turn Personalized ads on or off in the Game's Settings;
- deny or withdraw tracking on iOS in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking;
- reset or delete your advertising ID on Android in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads);
- buy "No Ads" or the Starter Pack to remove full-screen ads (reward videos stay optional).
If a version of the Game ships without ads, none of this data is collected for advertising, and the Game shows no privacy choice screen and no tracking prompt.
Ad partners process data under their own privacy policies:
- Unity (including LevelPlay and ironSource): unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- ironSource Mobile / LevelPlay: developers.is.com/ironsource-mobile/air/ironsource-mobile-privacy-policy
- Other ad networks that LevelPlay uses to fill ad requests process data under their own privacy policies. Contact us for the current list.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only the confirmation of the product you bought and a transaction receipt, which the Game checks on your device to unlock the item and to restore purchases. We do not receive or store your name, payment card or billing details.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Game schedules local reminders on your device (for example "your free gift is ready" or "your daily reward is waiting"). They are created on the device; we do not use a push notification server, and no data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the Game's Settings or in your device settings.
7. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help.
8. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
Because we do not keep personal data about you on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised through the controls above: the Personalised Ads switch, your device's tracking and advertising ID settings, and uninstalling the Game (which deletes all game data). For data held by ad partners, you can contact them through their privacy policies, or contact us and we will pass your request on. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): your consent for personalised advertising; our legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads, measuring them and preventing fraud, which keeps the Game free; and the performance of a contract for in-app purchases.
9. Data retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game. Ad partners keep the data they collect according to their own policies. The SDKs in the Game send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
10. International transfers
Our ad and platform partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add an ad network. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in the Game or in the store listing.
