Privacy Policy: Birdie Bonk!
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Beecom Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Birdie Bonk! (the "Game").
1. Summary
- The Game does not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- All opponents are computer-controlled. The Game has no online multiplayer and no chat.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that receive your game data.
- The Game may show ads through third-party ad partners. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to show, measure and protect ads. Ads are personalised only with your consent.
- In-app purchases, where offered, are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (unlocks, currencies, settings, tutorial state and purchase records) in the Game's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game, or using Settings > Reset progress, deletes it. The Game has no cloud save, so your progress does not move to a new device.
3. Services used in the Game
- Unity engine (Unity Technologies) runs the Game and may process limited anonymous technical data about the device (for example device model, OS version and hardware capabilities).
- Advertising partners, see section 4.
- Apple App Store / Google Play for in-app purchases, see section 5.
4. Advertising
The Game may show optional reward videos that you choose to watch and occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks. When an ad is requested or shown, the ad provider may collect:
- device identifiers: the Google advertising ID or Android app set ID, or on iOS the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the identifier for vendors (IDFV);
- device and connection information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- ad interaction data: ads requested, shown and clicked, and reward videos completed;
- diagnostics: crash and performance data of the ad SDK.
This information is used to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure them, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, personalise them. You can change your choice in the Game's Settings, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or remove full-screen ads with a "No Ads" purchase where offered.
Ad partners process data under their own privacy policies, for example Unity / LevelPlay: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. Contact us for the current list of ad partners.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only the confirmation of the product you bought and a transaction receipt, which the Game uses to unlock the item and to restore purchases. We do not receive or store your name, payment card or billing details.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not keep personal data about you on our own servers, most of these rights are exercised through the controls above and by uninstalling the Game. For data held by ad partners, contact them through their privacy policies, or contact us and we will pass your request on. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Data retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or reset your progress. Ad partners keep the data they collect according to their own policies and send it over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. International transfers
Our ad and platform partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add or change an ad partner. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in the Game or in the store listing.
